Sleeping at 10pm one day and 3am the next will only mess up your internal body clock. It doesn’t matter if you sleep for 8 hours every time, your body clock won’t be able to adjust to your unstable sleep schedule and won’t be able to repair itself during your sleep. That’s one big reason why you’re tired all the time.

2. Set a good sleep schedule
It takes 21 days to form a habit. Your body is smarter than you think. If you sleep around the same time everyday and wake up at around the same time, your body will sleep and wake up automatically! It helps with your inner repairing and maintaining a good routine is always healthy.
3. Try to find new and fun activities to do in your free time
You might be tired because you’re on your couch watching romcoms on Netflix all the time. It’s boring to do the same thing over and over again. Try doing something new. Go out and play catch with your dog. Do a BBQ with your friends. Staying active will pump more oxygen into your brain, thus helping you to stay awake.
4. Get a psychologist or a therapist if you feel it’s something related to your mental health
Mental health deteriorating could contribute to your tiredness. Most of the time, patients knew something was wrong but they just didn’t know how to handle it. Do not attempt to purchase sleeping pills that aren’t prescribed by a licensed medical professional.
